The Transient Results Evaluation Engine based on the NID method is an independent executable4 program with alphanumeric I/O only. It can be used also in the command shell of any operating system. The program is based on the same algorithm as the results evaluation part of the standard T3Ster software - that is the NID method (network identification by deconvolution5 ). T3Ster-Master provides the run-time environment for the evaluation engine. Its log is shown in the evaluation window after the evaluation is completed (Figure 3-3).

Results of evaluation are the same as in the standard T3Ster software - see Figure 3-4.

4In the
future any algorithmic improvement of the evaluation will be implemented in
this independent evaluation engine.
5Deconvolution
in T3Ster-Master's evaluation engine as well as in the standard T3Ster software
is implemented using Bayes-iteration, while in MicReD's THERMODEL program inverse
Fourier filtering is used.
