The T3Ster equipment is provided in different standard configurations - to allow the best scaling to your measurement needs. The smallest configuration is equipped with a single measurement channel that can be gradually upgraded to the maximal configuration with eight channels. Every standard configuration of T3Ster includes demo devices corresponding to the basic test structures shown in Figure 2-1. T3Ster is shipped with measurement control and results evaluation software.
