MicReD's computer controlled dry thermostat unit was designed to be used together with the T3Ster equipment. It can be connected to the THERMOSTAT port of the T3Ster Main System Unit as described in section 7.4 of the T3Ster Hardware Reference Manual. The operation of the thermostat is controlled through the items of the Thermostat menu of the T3Ster software (Figure 6-11). This way the program performs simultaneous control of the thermostat unit and the entire T3Ster equipment.

Items of the Thermostat menu are available only if the thermostat options of the T3Ster software are licensed12. These items are:
