Set measurement channels – the toolbar button

This window (invoked by the Set Measurement Channels item of the Measurement menu or by pressing the above toolbar button) is used to select which channel to use for measurement and allows to set measurement channel sensitivity and compensation. The number of rows in the window corresponds to the number of measurement channels installed, see Figure 5-4.

Enable buttons

switch on/off the corresponding measurement channel

Range buttons

select the input voltage range of the corresponding measurement channel
Range: 50 ... 400 mV

Compensation buttons

change the compensation voltage in order to keep the measured voltage in the allowed input voltage range.

Auto buttons

L automatic compensation to the lower 5% of the range
H automatic compensation to the upper 95% of the range

Manual buttons

step the compensating voltage downwards/upwards

Compensation Voltage input field

value set directly for the compensating voltage.
