The 2D temperature map
in the background is shown now in the default blue-purple-orange-yellow
color map. The cross-sectional plot of this temperature map is shown in
the child window. Heating at transistor footprints and heat removal at bonding
pads is well exploited in this temperature profile map. The meashing plane
is simply specified by the vertical line drawn over the temperature map
shown in the background. Details regarding node temperatures of the transistor
package model are also shown in the background. |
